    Vehicle connected to VCI: OK
    Tablet switched ON
    Bluetooth communication: OK
    Start DIAGNOSTICS
    Problem: No vehicle identification possible. (Auto scan or manual entry)
    The top toolbar shows only HOME & VIN SCAN buttons.

    try sending a data log and make sure you registered the unit to your account successfully

    It not always works. Still, you should be able to diagnose by going tru autoscan or
    choosing control module.
